Flood waters begin to recede along Melba Street in Bay View Beach in Milford after Hurricane Sandy damaged many Connecticut shoreline communities as residents try to piece their lives and homes back together. Victor Lamberti, whose family has had a cottage in the area since 1943 said, "The water was over the railing last night when we left around 5:30. I've never seen it that high in all my years."
