( handout / January 8, 2009 ) Marisa Moseley, former Minnesota assistant coach, has been hired by UConn coach Geno Auriemma to fill the vacancy on his staff that opened up when Jamelle Elliott was hired as head coach at Cincinnati. According to the Golden Gophers website, Moseley coached the post players and played an active role in recruiting and scouting efforts during her two years at Minnesota. |
