Northeastern University student Becca Payne was murdered in Boston four years ago. She was 22. Virginia and her husband Nicholas Payne have closely followed the murder investigation and last week after four years two men were arrested. Virginia Payne says she visits her daughter's gravesite every day, rain or shine. |
