Remembering Becca Payne

"I talk to her more now than when she was alive," says Virginia Payne at her daughter's gravesite at Center Cemetery in New Milford. Virginia and her husband Nicholas Payne have closely followed the murder investigation and last week after four years two men were arrested. Virginia Payne says she visits her daughter's gravesite every day, rain or shine.
