Lijiang, China

"WHEN MY WIFE, JINMEI, and I traveled to Lijiang, China, in April, we visited the Jade Dragon (Yulong) Snow Mount area," writes Wenyan Jiang of Bloomfield. "Lijiang has been listed as a 'World Heritage Site' by the United Nations. The mount is about 5,560 meters above sea level. When we were back from the 'Yak Plateau' (about 4,000 meters above sea level), we stopped at 'Cloud Pine Plateau' and took this picture."
