Dino Cialfi and his sister Tina Cialfi-Autunno demonstrate how to prepare vegetable risotto at Peppercorn's Grill in downtown Hartford. Peppercorn's offers a three-course cooking demo to its customers for $35 per person. This summer-evening demo included stuffed zucchini blossoms, vegetable risotto and strawberry tiramisu. Dino is owner and chef at Peppercorn's Grill and Tina is owner and chef at Piccolo Arancio in Farmington.
