It was 41 years ago this week that the Beatles performed their last-ever concert together: the famed rooftop concert. To celebrate this anniversary, Seattle's favorite Beatles cover band, Creme Tangerine, will perform a lunchtime concert at Pike Place Market from the rooftop balcony of the Copacabana Cafe in the market.
Thousands came out last year, so come early to get your spot at noon at 1520 1/2 Pike Place. Joining Creme Tangerine is Ken Mansfield, former U.S. Manager of The Beatles' Apple Records, who will be available following the concert to talk about his work and lead an audience question and answer session.
