Business is picking up at a Ballard t-shirt store and its all because of a particular t-shirt.
The store started selling Colton Harris-Moore t-shirts. The shirt says 'Momma Tried' with a picture of Harris-Moore's face displayed on the front.
The owner of the Good Times Screen Printing Company started printing the shirt for friends but in no time, customers were ordering the shirt online and its soon becoming a craze.
He's not poking fun of the infamous 'barefoot burglar' but is using this craze to raise awareness.
About 25% of the proceeds sold from the t-shirt sales will go to a government sponsored mentoring program for children.
