Active Weather Week

WeatherNew Year's DayBoxing Day

After a wild Christmas Day, things are calmer today for your Boxing Day.  But this week will be much more active than the first three-fourths of December with several systems coming through with rain, wind & mountain snow.  Today's system is the weakest.  We're getting some light rain on the coast this morning.  Seattle and along I-5, the rain holds off until late this afternoon and we'll have rain overnight into tomorrow morning.  Highs will be near normal, mid 40s.  The winds are much calmer than yesterday -- only breezy to the north.  Tomorrow looks showery with highs in the upper 40s.  Wednesday will be rainy & windy, also milder with temps topping out in the low 50s.  Thursday looks showery & breezy.  Friday, more rain and wind.  It looks calmer for the New Year's weekend with just a few showers.  Hopefully it'll be okay for going out and celebrating on New Year's Eve!
