SEATTLE (AP) - The Washington state ferry system is waiting for
the owner of a red 10-speed bicycle to claim it from
lost-and-found.

It was left on board a ferry Wednesday night at the end of a run
from Seattle to Bainbridge Island, setting off a search by the
Coast Guard and State Patrol.

The Coast Guard suspended its search after four hours. Lt. Cmdr.
John Park says there have been no reports of missing people who
might have been on the ferry.

A ferry spokeswoman, Susan Harris, says riders sometimes forget
they ride on and then walk off.
