Three hockey stars, a baseball star, and a mega star joined together tonight to help the hungry this holiday season.
Actor Will Smith was in town promoting his new movie. He turned up at the Cinemark 17 theater at LBJ and 635 for the charity-benefiting premiere of 'Seven Pounds.' In the movie, Smith helps change the lives of seven strangers.
But he helped a lot more people tonight when he donated 300 turkeys to the North Texas Food Bank. Smith was joined by Dallas Stars Marty Turco, Sean Avery, Brendan Morrow and Texas Ranger Travis Metcalfe.
The public was invited to the premiere and asked to donate non-perishable holiday food items.
