It's about to get ugly

Well, fasten your seatbelts, because the presidential race is about to get really ugly between now and November. Whatever's been said up until now, will pale in comparison to the bombardment of attack ads we're about to get hit with. It's interesting to watch the pivot of the GOP as they prepare for battle against current President Barrack Obama. Funny timing too…Right when Obama is about to get the official democratic nomination, Newt Gingrich, who's been saying he'd stay on the campaign trail 'til the republican national convention, has decided to call it quits and get behind Mitt Romney.

Both democrats and republicans are about to unleash the venom, trying to knock the other party's candidate out. I think this election will be like the difference between boxing and mixed martial arts fighting. I credit the web and bloggers for this. They're able to say whatever they want and basically go factually unchecked and other slightly more credible news organizations will be picking up on their stories and running with them. The result will be personal attacks on one another and straight up lies that will have folks on both sides of the aisle screaming at each other in Washington and on TV.

So now more than ever, if you're someone who has yet to decide who you will cast your vote for in November, it’s important to use that computer you have for more than porn and do some truth seeking of your own, so you can vote for the candidate you have determined is the best. And you might want to keep a bottle of Advil close by.
