For all three of you who have ever flown in and out of Beaumont, you won't be able to anymore as of July 1.

Colgan Air operates services at Jack Brooks Regional. But, Colgan Air is a sunsidiary of Pinnacle Airlines which filed for bankruptcy protection back in April. As a result, Pinnacle retired the only Aircraft used at Jack Brooks Regional: the Saab 340B.

No planes means no flights. But there is no need to fret. Flights from Beaumont only went to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental. Jack Brooks Regional will still offer bus rides to Houston seven days a week (hey, it's cheaper that way).

Or, you can can just drive yourself which most of you will probably do anyway.

Flights might resume in the future. United Airlines is searching for a replacement aircraft.
