The wait for another tense court verdict is on.

This one is overseas in the case of the American hikers that were detained in Iran.

It happened two years ago. That's when Josh Fattal, Shane Bauer and Sarah Shourd were hiking along Iran's border and were captured.

They've been held captive ever since.

Although, Shourd was released in September of 2010 for medical reasons and returned to the states after 410 days of solitary confinement.

The three are accused of spying and illegally entering Iran.

The three say that's not the case and they simply didn't know they had crossed any border while on their hike.

An Iranian court is scheduled to issue a verdict in the case within a week.

In Iran, spying is punishable by death.

You can bet everyone has their fingers crossed on this one.
