SAN DIEGO -- San Diego's KGTV, Channel 10, is for sale, the ABC affiliate's parent corporation announced Tuesday.

The McGraw-Hill Cos. said it plans to find a buyer for all nine of its television stations.

"The television stations in the group are in desirable markets and should be attractive to strategic and financial buyers with a focus on media,'' according to a statement issued by the company.   The stations made nearly $100 million in revenues last year, an 18 percent increase over the previous year, according to McGraw-Hill.

Besides KGTV, the firm owns ABC affiliates in Bakersfield, Denver and Indianapolis. It also owns Azteca America affiliates in San Diego, Bakersfield, Colorado Springs, Denver and Fort Collins, Colo.
