Fake TV Repairmen Arrested After Alhambra Burglary

ALHAMBRA, Calif. (KTLA) -- Two men are in police custody Sunday after they allegedly dressed as cable guys to break into a home in Alhambra.

Police spotted two men dressed in Time-Warner Cable uniforms running from the scene of a reported break-in in the 2000 block of South Stoneman Avenue at about 4 p.m. Friday, according to a statement from Alhambra Police.

Perre Michael Chang, 30, and Daniel Wardming Quon, 26, were caught and arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Investigators believe they may be connected to other crimes in the area, which has seen a rise in residential burglaries in the past month.

They are being held on $50,000 bail each.

Time-Warner has not released a statement on the incident.
