Man Sought in Brother's Bludgeoning Death

ARCADIA -- Police are searching for a man accused of bludgeoning his brother to death in Arcadia.

Officers found 47-year-old Brian Kelly beaten to death around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday inside an apartment in the 800 block of Fairview Avenue.

Investigators say he appeared to have been bludgeoned. No further details were released.

His 44-year-old brother, Michael Thomas Kelly, is suspected in the murder, according to Arcadia police officials.

A felony warrant for his arrest has been issued.

There was no word on a motive in the attack.
