Mary Beth McDade's famous Greek salad:
3/4 cup olive oil
3 tomatoes, small
2 garlic cloves
1 package of crumbled feta cheese
1 head red leaf lettuce
Pour olive oil in bottom of the salad bowl. Chop tomatoes and garlic and put in oil. Let sit and marinate. Just before serving, toss with lettuce and cheese.
