WERNERSVILLE, Pa -- TV mom Kate Gosselin has been added to the list of guest co-hosts for "The View."

Gosselin will be subbing for regular co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck on Sept. 14 and 15.

Hasselbeck is on maternity leave after giving birth to her third child, Isaiah, earlier this month.

Gosselin -- the mother to twins and sextuplets -- co-stars with her estranged husband Jon on TLC's reality series " Jon & Kate Plus 8."

She spoke with CNN's Larry King Tuesday, saying she does not feel the show caused her divorce.

She also said she and the kids would continue the show even if Jon decides not to.

Things appeared to grow heated between the divorcing couple recently when cops were called to the Gosselin's home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania.

Police responded to a call on Aug. 13 about a heated argument after Kate Gosselin arrived at the house to express disapproval over her husband's choice of babysitter, People.com reported.

"Due to the custody agreement, Kate couldn't enter the property," a source told People.com.

"The cops had no choice but to tell Kate she couldn't go past the gate."

"They were screaming at each other. He refused to open the gate," a source told E! online.

No charges were filed.

Kate tearfully left and checked into a nearby Days Inn for the night.
