LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- President Barack Obama is back on the West Coast this week for a series of fundraising events for the second time in four weeks.

Obama arrived at LAX around 4:30 p.m. Monday and then headed to a $35,800 a seat fundraising dinner at the home of 'Hitch' producer James Lassiter in Hancock Park.

The President will then to be courting Latino voters at a fundraising gala at the nearby home of Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas, with tickets starting at $5,000.

Both fundraisers are set to raise about $1 million for his re-election campaign.

The exact route of his travel has not been released, but commuters in the Valley can expect trouble Tuesday when he leaves the Westside for Burbank to sit with Jay Leno on the "Tonight Show."

This is his fourth appearance on the late-night talk show and second since entering office.

He will then depart from LAX before noon for events in San Francisco and Denver, Colorado.
