Actress Elisabeth Shue offered some color commentary on Seattle FOX affiliate KCPQ's morning show in regard to her new movie "Piranha 3D".
During a rapid-fire Q&A round modeled off "40 Seconds With" on FOX40 Live, KCPQ morning news anchor Mark Wright asked Shue how her character in "Adventures of Babysitting" would handle "a lake full of killer piranhas."
"Don't [expletive] with the piranhas," Shue responded.
The expletive was met with a groan from Wright, who ended the interview with a promotion for the upcoming film staring Shue and Adam Scott before moving on to a story about football player Brett Favre.
Shue seemed unphased after dropping the F-bomb, perhaps unaware she was on live television. Shue appeared via a satellite media tour from Los Angeles, which are often aired live but are occasionally taped by a television station for airing at a later time.
KCPQ later posted an edited version of the Shue interview, which aired August 18th, on their website Q13FOX.com.
"Piranha 3D" opens in theatres nationwide on August 20th.Copyright © 2014, Los Angeles Times
