Banning Ranch: In the May 8 Business section, a Week Ahead listing said that the California Coastal Commission will meet Thursday in Newport Beach to decide the fate of the Newport Banning Ranch project. The meeting has been postponed, and no new date has been set.

Boston Red Sox: In the May 5 Sports section, a brief report on Boston’s 5-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox said that David Ortiz moved within one home run of Carl Yastrzemski’s club record. Ortiz actually moved within one of tying Yastrzemski for second place. Ted Williams is the team’s home run leader.

“The Day Shall Declare It”: In the May 8 Arts & Books section, a theater openings listing for “The Day Shall Declare It” gave the wrong web address for the production’s website. The website is www.thisisthewilderness.com.

Kentucky Derby winners: A chart in the May 3 Sports section erroneously identified 1968 Kentucky Derby winner Forward Pass as a Triple Crown winner.
