Vaccinations: An article in the Jan. 26 California section about vaccine opponents quoted Moms in Charge founder Dotty Hagmier as saying her child received an extra dose of the Hepatitis C vaccine. After publication, Hagmier clarified that it was the Hepatitis B vaccine. A vaccine for Hepatitis C is not currently available.

John Bowsher: A news obituary in the Dec. 30, 2014, California section of John Bowsher, LACMA vice president who oversaw the installation of large and complicated artwork, omitted his son, Morgan William Bowsher, from the list of surviving family members.

Bob Dylan: A Jan. 26 Calendar section review of Bob Dylan’s “Shadows in the Night” said the album was recorded in Capitol Studios’ Studio A, which holds up to 50 musicians. It was recorded in the smaller Studio B.
