Spring break cruises: In the March 1 Travel section, an article about spring break cruises said that seven-day Carnival cruises departing from Long Beach to Mexico on March 21 and April 18 will be aboard the Carnival Magic. They will be aboard the Carnival Miracle.

L.A. Trade Tech: In the Feb. 28 California section, a column about the culinary arts program at Los Angeles Trade Tech referred to the school as the oldest in the state’s community college system. Fresno City College holds that distinction; L.A. Trade Tech is the oldest in the Los Angeles Community College District.

Jake Heggie: In the March 1 Arts & Books section, an article about composer Jake Heggie said that his opera “Moby-Dick” premiered in Dallas in 2000. It premiered in 2010.
