What's this?

It's called a tag cloud, and its purpose is to show the words most commonly used by Democratic presidential candidates in the 18 debates transcribed by Federal News Service and Congressional Quarterly.

You can scroll through tag clouds of each of the debates using the slider tool. The relative sizes of the words correspond to the frequency with which they appear in each debate. Some commonly used words like "the," "our" and "would" have been omitted.
