Bank of London and South America by Clorindo Testa

Clorindo Testa's Bank of London and South America (today the Banco Hipotecario Nacional) in Buenos Aires. The brutalist structure, from the early '60s, pre-dates the machine-like qualities of Renzo Piano's and Richard Rogers' Centre Pompidou in Paris by a decade.
