The Vampire Diaries The final season opens a few months later from where it left off, as Stefan (Paul Wesley) continues to seek Damon and Enzo (Ian Somerhalder, Michael Malarkey) and Bonnie (Kat Graham) hopes that the search will be successful. 8 p.m. KTLA

Last Man Standing Mike (Tim Allen) decides that everyone in the family should dress up like one another for the annual Halloween party in this new episode of the family comedy. 8 p.m. ABC

Dr. Ken Allison (Suzy Nakamura) is sad that Dave (Albert Tsai) is outgrowing Halloween and turns to D.K. (Dana Lee) for help getting him into the spirit. 8:30 p.m. ABC

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) is sure Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) loves her, and Paula (Donna Lynne Champlin) tries to get a grip on her interest in that supposed relationship in the season premiere of the musical comedy series. 9 p.m. KTLA

Shark Tank This new episode begins a series of profiles of its investors, starting with Kevin “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary. 9 p.m. ABC

Austin City Limits Robert Plant performs new songs and classics from his Led Zeppelin days. 9 p.m. KLCS

The Exorcist Father Tomas and Father Marcus (Alfonso Herrera, Ben Daniels) start the exorcism just as a huge storm hits the city. Geena Davis, Alan Ruck, Brianne Howey and Hannah Kasulka also star. 9 p.m. Fox

Z Nation Doc (Russell Hodgkinson) is held captive by an unhinged nurse and her mental patients in a situation that feels a bit like “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” with zombies. 9 p.m. Syfy

Blue Bloods Erin and Anthony (Bridget Moynahan, guest star Steven R. Schirripa) do everything they can think of to keep a community activist (guest star Judy Reyes) from being deported. Elsewhere, Frank (Tom Selleck) faces a tough decision as he ponders whether the NYPD should participate in a high-profile raid by U.S. Marshals on a local gang.
