To Have and Have Not A sea captain (Humphrey Bogart) warily agrees to help the Resistance movement in 1940 Martinique while wooing a sultry young singer (Lauren Bacall). High Moon Originally intended as the pilot for a new series from Bryan Fuller, this 2014 TV movie — which was adapted from a novel by John Christopher — chronicles a near-future colonization of the moon.
