Publicist Jeffrey Lane, whose clients include Linda Gray, George Hamilton and Morgan Fairchild, has sold his condominium at the Shoreham Towers in West Hollywood for $1.145 million.

The 920-square-foot unit listed for sale in early November and was in escrow after less than a week on the market, records show. It had been listed for $1.199 million.

The turn-key residence was recently remodeled and features polished limestone floors, electric window shades and a built-in speaker system. A wall of bookshelves anchors the living room, which opens to a terrace through pocketing glass doors.

An updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, one en suite bedroom and powder room complete the floor plan.

Community features at the full-service building include concierge services, valet parking and a dog run. One covered parking space was included in the sale.

Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates was the listing agent.

Lane got his start at Columbia Pictures promoting such films as “Nicholas and Alexandra” (1971) and “Shampoo” (1975). He later served as head publicist of the entertainment and marketing agency Rogers Cowan, and in 2000 opened his own firm.

He bought the condo a year ago for $1.12 million, records show.
