Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas have listed their marital home in Hancock Park for sale at $16.1 million.

They created the 1.5-acre estate, which centers on a 1925 mansion designed by Hoover Dam architect Gordon B. Kaufmann, by combining two properties.

The Italian Revival-style home features a two-story banquet hall, a two-story kitchen, a paneled library, a recording studio, a gym, 13 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Hand-stenciled coffered ceilings top the formal dining room.

An elevator serves the 15,110 square feet of space on three stories. There are vaulted beam ceilings, wood-paneled ceilings, multiple balconies and four fireplaces.

Expansive lawns, a long stone driveway, rose gardens, a vegetable garden and a courtyard swimming pool complete the grounds.

Griffith, 57, starred in such films as “Crazy in Alabama” (1999), “Lolita” (1997) and “Working Girl” (1988). She has appeared on such television shows as “Hawaii Five-O” (2014) and “Twins” (2005-06). She’ll be in the upcoming films “Out of Days” and “Facing the Wind.”

Banderas, 54, will star in several films this year including “Altamira” and “33 dias.”

The actors bought the main property for $4.2 million in 1999, public records shows, and in 2000 spent $1.3 million for the other lot.

The actress last year filed for a divorce from Banderas.

Brett Lawyer at Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, is the listing agent.

Designed by architect Jay Vanos and built in 2010, the contemporary features floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, vaulted truss ceilings and an open plan design. The expanses of glass and multiple decks take in city, mountain and wooded vistas.

The two-level, 3,240-square-foot home contains open-plan living and dining rooms, a kitchen with an island and a breakfast area, a den, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The nearly one-third of an acre lot has mature trees, a walking path and a footbridge that crosses over a stream bed. A three-car garage is attached to the house.

Gillingham, 55, is Counting Crows’ keyboardist. Among the group’s albums are “August and Everything After” (1993) and “Somewhere Under Wonderland” (2014). The band’s songs have been featured in films including “Shrek 2” (2004).

The property had previously sold in 2011 for $1.5 million and was priced at $1.999 million.

Sandra Bullock has put a Hollywood Hills investment house up for a yearlong lease at $18,500 a month.

That and a $37,000 deposit will get the tenant an Academy Award-winning landlord and a 3,153-square-foot Contemporary. The furnished house, built in 1942, has a vaulted-ceiling living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen with another fireplace and an atrium. An office overlooks a swimming pool.

One of the three bedrooms contains a sleeping loft. Including one in the master suite, there are three full bathrooms.

A cabana, a covered patio and open patio space are also on the tree-shaded lot, which has views of the cityscape.

Singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat has made a quick key change. She sold her house in gated Hidden Hills for $6.2 million after it was on the market for just over a month.

Actor moors in Venice

Brian Van Holt of “Cougar Town” has bought an updated cottage in Venice for $1.705 million.

Although the Spanish-style house may be short on space at 1,329 square feet, it makes up for it in abundant character. Built in 1924, the single-story home features barrel ceilings, a dine-in kitchen that opens to patio space and an enclosed porch that serves as an office nook.

Beyond the arched front doorway are an open-plan great room with a fireplace, a bonus room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional bedroom is in the converted garage.

Tiered patios, a conversation pit, a play area and lawn make up the yard.

Van Holt, 45, played the houseboat-dwelling Bobby Cobb during the 2009-15 run of “Cougar Town.” Last year he starred in the miniseries “Ascension.”

The property previously changed hands in 2003 for $549,000.

Robin Walpert of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Solo Scott of Re/Max Estate Properties represented Van Holt.
