Hot Property: It’s easy come, easy go for singer Marc Anthony
Marc Anthony has apparently changed his tune in Tarzana.
Seven months after buying a New England-inspired Traditional there for $4.125 million, the Grammy-winning artist has listed it for sale at slightly more than he paid — $4.35 million.
It’s been that kind of year for Anthony, who’s been on a buy-and-sell tear lately.
After his February purchase, the singer-songwriter sold his home in Encino to professional basketball player JaVale McGee for $2.425 million.
He’s also trying to sell a Long Island compound that he owned with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez for $12 million.
The white two-story home Anthony just listed was built last year and spans 6,590 square feet. Living and dining rooms, two family rooms, a den/office and a study are among the interior spaces. Double ranges, two center islands and granite countertops highlight a lavish kitchen.
A private terrace sits off the master suite, which includes a walk-in closet with glass storage and a claw-foot tub set under a crystal chandelier. There are five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
Outdoors, grounds of more than half an acre contain a swimming pool and spa, an expanse of grass and a built-in barbecue and bar. Elsewhere is a motor court and an oversized four-car garage.

Magnate pulled in another direction
Las Vegas hotel and casino magnate Steve Wynn has put his home in Bel-Air on the market for $17.45 million after just eight months of ownership.
Built in 1991, the Traditional-style home sits behind gates on about an acre overlooking the fairways at the Bel-Air Country Club.
Two floors of living space feature a grand foyer with dual staircases that opens to a step-down living room and adjacent wet bar/family room. A paneled library, a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen are also within the 11,027 square feet of space.
The home has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including a master suite with a fireplace, his and hers bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the grounds. A lower level has a guest bedroom, a media room and a gym.
Outdoors, tiered grounds center on a swimming pool with a raised spa. Large expanses of grass, multiple terraces and a fountain complete the setting.
Wynn, whose net worth is about $2.6 billion, according to Forbes, bought the house in November for $16.25 million.

Inspired Tudor may be what she needs
Singer-songwriter Charli XCX, who will launch a clothing line this fall, has bought a vintage Tudor-style house in Hollywood Hills for $2.815 million.
The restored 1920s home has such fanciful handcrafted details as a brick facade in which some stones are turned in different directions.
The eccentric brickwork continues indoors on the three fireplaces. Whimsical handcrafted doors and rustic light fixtures add to the fairy-tale ambience. Diamond-shaped leaded-glass windows are in keeping with the Tudor style.
Half-timbered accents and an under-stair closet with an arched door add charm to the entry.
A two-story living room with a steeply pitched wood-beam ceiling, a formal dining room, four bedrooms and four bathrooms are within the 4,423 square feet of living space. The master suite features sloped ceilings and the original aqua-and-black tile bathroom.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in views of the courtyard and gardens on the quarter-of-an-acre lot.
The property last changed hands a decade ago for $1.749 million.
Charli XCX, who turned 23 this summer, released the album “True Romance” two years ago and “Sucker” last year. Among her hits are the Iggy Azalea collaboration “Fancy,” “Superlove” and “Break the Rules.”
The punk rock and electropop singer recently canceled the second leg of her U.S. tour, citing personal reasons and the need to make time to focus on making new music. This odd house may provide an inspirational setting for creativity.

The longtime home of the late entertainer Jayne Meadows has come on the market in Encino at $4,488,888.
The unusual asking price is a nod to Meadows’ upbringing by her missionary parents in China, where eight is considered a lucky number.
Meadows — along with her husband, Steve Allen, the early talk show innovator who died in 2000 at 78 — entertained scores of Hollywood notables during her 57 years on the estate.
The ranch-style house, built in 1951, has a formal entry, living and dining rooms, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 7,542 square feet of living space. The family room features a stone fireplace, walls of windows, a wet bar and built-in shelving. A staircase leads to an office/media room, storage rooms and one of the bathrooms.
The current library could be reinvented as a wine cellar.
The more than an acre of hilltop grounds is heavily wooded with a swimming pool, a barbecue and statuary.
There’s motor court parking for a dozen vehicles and a four-car garage.
Meadows, who died this year at 95, was the stage, film and TV actress with the winsome smile who became a household staple on such early game shows as “I’ve Got a Secret” and “What’s My Line?”
Allen, “The Tonight Show’s” first host, was on numerous talk, variety and game shows. The Grammy winner was also a pianist and composer.

Calabasas estate may be a hit
Former Highland High School star and Major League Baseball player Jason Kubel has put his Calabasas home with a custom batting cage on the market for $3.5 million.
