Film producer Bob Yari pulls in $9 million for his Tudor estate in the Beverly Hills Post Office area

Film producer and financier Bob Yari has sold his Tudor-style estate in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $9 million. That’s half a million down from when the home listed for sale in December, records show.

The elegant home is fronted by a circular motor court with a fountain. Past the two-story entry, white oak floors lead into roughly 7,300 square feet of interior space.

On the main floor, living spaces include a living room, a chandelier-topped formal dining room and a wine cellar. Sliding glass doors in the family room open to a spacious backyard with a pool and spa. An outdoor lounge takes in city and mountain views.

Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms complete the floor plan, with the master suite opening to a private balcony. The garage parks three.

Meg Ostrow of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Fereshteh Kohanim of Nelson Shelton Real Estate held the listing. Ryan Williams of Hilton & Hyland represented the buyer.

The 56-year-old Yari has over 45 producer credits, including “Laws of Attraction” (2004), “The Illusionist” (2006) and the 2008 film “Street Kings,” which starred Keanu Reeves. He is listed as an executive producer for the upcoming crime-thriller film “Above Suspicion,” starring Emilia Clarke and Johnny Knoxville.
