With a multicolored geometric façade and an indoor-outdoor feel, this new development is quintessential Venice.

The three-story contemporary townhome at 715 Venice Blvd. is now on the market for $2.795 million.

Artists Nancy Monk and Randy West collaborated to design the bold exterior, which features red panels and geometric lines slanting up the front of the building.

Within the 2,725-square-foot interior are tall ceilings and dark hardwood floors that accent open living areas including the dining room, living room and center-island kitchen. Skylights and large windows bring natural light into the space.

Sliding-door panels on the main level open to a private central courtyard.

The third-story master suite, one of three bedrooms, features a balcony overlooking the courtyard and direct access to a rooftop deck.

Tami Pardee and Kerry Ann Sullivan of Halton Pardee + Partners holds the listing.

Monk and West, who both specialize in a variety of art forms beyond home design, have collaborated on multiple Venice properties in the past.
