Share

After a little more than a month of having his realty agents shop his longtime Beverly Hills house as a pocket listing, crooner Pat Boone has changed tactics. His Traditional-style house is now in the Multiple Listing Service priced at $18.499 million.

Built in 1939, the house has 7,032 square feet of living space and sits on more than an acre of land – a large site for the neighborhood. A swimming pool, a guesthouse, lawn and mature trees surround the two-story home.

There are dining and living rooms, a den, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the listing, which describes the property as “an ideal development project.”

He wrote the words for the theme song for the 1960 film “Exodus.”

Seth Perry and Jennifer Lopez of Nourmand & Associates are the listing agents.
