Screenwriters Roger Simon and Sheryl Longin have listed their home in Hollywood Hills for sale at $3.249 million.

Tucked behind a front courtyard, the 1938 Spanish-style house keeps the eye moving with a multicolored display across the front facade. The bright details continue inside, where interior spaces are splashed with vibrant tile and Spanish accents.

The living room, outfitted with a brick fireplace and vaulted ceilings, leads to an outdoor area that holds a pool and spa, lawn and entertainment space. Covered patios provide mountain and canyon views.

French doors in the master suite open to a private balcony. Other amenities include a fireplace and a circular blue-tiled tub. The 3,335 square feet of interior also holds a kitchen, a dining room, a loft and an office.

Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates holds the listing.

Simon, 73, was nominated for an Academy Award in 1989 for co-writing the screenplay for “Enemies, a Love Story.” Also a novelist, he adapted his book “The Big Fix” for the 1978 film of the same name starring Richard Dreyfuss.

Longin, 53, has writing credits for the films “Prague Duet” (1998) and “Dick” (1999).
