Spurs’ Tim Duncan lists Spicewood home for sale

A Spicewood, Texas, home owned by the San Antonio Spurs’ Tim Duncan has come to market at $945,000.

Set on about 2.25 acres on Lake Travis, the home has an outdoor fire pit, a boat dock and a wide stretch of dry frontage. The two-story residence, built in 1999, includes a double-height living room, a chef’s kitchen with a center island, five bedrooms and four bathrooms in 3,955 square feet.

Among the features are a game room and an office/study. The master suite sports a two-sided fireplace and a large soaking tub.

Duncan, by way of a blind trust, purchased the home in 2005 for $1.25 million, according to Celebrity Aerial Address. He owns other property in the San Antonio area.

Duncan, 38, has spent the entirety of his illustrious career with the Spurs, tallying 14 All-Star Game appearances and two Most Valuable Player awards in 17 seasons. The five-time NBA champion is averaging 16.1 points per game and 10.7 rebounds a game through 27 games this year.
