Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman sold their longtime Beverly Hills home, for which they were asking $32 million, in an off-market deal. Designed in French country style by Robert DeYoung, the brick-lined estate is highlighted by a projection room, an art studio, a bar, a den and a wine cellar in 14,579 square feet. FOR THE RECORD

An earlier version of this incorrectly credited Wallace Neff as architect of the Danny Devito-Rhea Perlman house. Neff designed a previous residence on the site, but it was torn down to just a shell, then rebuilt and expanded by architectural designer Robert DeYoung.
