NFL lineman Zane Beadles, who plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars, has landed on the opposite coast, buying a townhouse in Newport Beach for $2.74 million.

Located along the strand, the ocean-facing home is well-equipped for coastal living with an entertainer’s patio, a second-floor balcony and a rooftop deck offering wide views of the coastline.

The 1,800 square feet of living space includes an updated kitchen, a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first-floor master suite with walls of glass centers on ocean views.

Beadles, 28, spent four seasons with the Denver Broncos prior to signing a five-year, $30-million contract with the Jaguars last year. He started all 16 games at left guard for Jacksonville in 2014.

The property came on the market in mid-October for $2.595 million and saw its price increased to $2.85 million the following week. The townhouse previously sold for $1.4 million in 2004.

Karly Brown of Balboa Newport Realty was the listing agent. Andrew Cotton of HOM Sotheby’s International Realty represented Beadles in the purchase, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
