Actor Morris Chestnut has listed his tennis estate in Hidden Hills at $4,495,000, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom remodeled Mediterranean sits on 2.4 acres with tennis and sports courts, a swimming pool, a covered patio, a barbecue area and five stables. The 5,522-square-foot house, built in 1974 and expanded over the last two years, is one story except for a downstairs suite. There are open-beam ceilings, French doors, stone floors and two master bedroom suites.

Chestnut, 40, purchased the home in 2007 for $3.3 million, public records show.

He starred in this year’s “Not Easily Broken,” a relationship and faith-based drama from Sony’s TriStar Pictures. His breakthrough role came in the 1991 film “Boyz N the Hood,” in which he was cast alongside Cuba Gooding Jr. and Ice Cube. Among his other film credits are “G.I. Jane” (1997) and “The Best Man” (1999).
