Tim Poster, one of the pioneers of the online travel industry and one of Las Vegas’ gaming leaders, has listed his Laguna Beach home at $6.9 million.

The three-story custom home overlooks the ocean in the Emerald Bay guard-gated community. Billionaire investor Warren Buffet also owns a home there.

Poster’s 3,800-square-foot home is being sold designer-furnished and includes a top-of-the-line audio, video, climate and lighting system, and four large plasma TVs.

The four-bedroom, 4 1/2 -bathroom home also has a large executive in-home office with a panoramic ocean view. The master suite is more than 500 square feet and includes a walk-in closet with custom built-ins. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, also with an ocean view, and a steam shower. There are two large balconies and an outdoor fireplace.

Inside the house are four stone fireplaces and many solid wood built-ins, including a Sinatra-themed custom bar. The guest bedroom has a private entrance, bath and its own wet bar.

The Emerald Bay development in north Laguna Beach includes six professional tennis courts, a community pool and spa, and a clubhouse.

Poster is now a vice president of Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas. With longtime business partner Tom Breitling, he pioneered the development of Travelscape, which they eventually sold to Expedia. The pair also owned the Golden Nugget casino in Las Vegas for about 18 months, during which time they revitalized the aging gaming house by introducing cashless slot machines and higher-maximum bet tables. Their success story spawned a TV series on Fox called “The Casino.”

Jeneva Bell and Jeeb Naimen O’Reilly of the Revolution Realty Group, Keller Williams Realty, Beverly Hills, have the listing.
