ESPN analyst Bill Simmons, who was recently reinstated after a profane on-air rant in which he dared his bosses to reprimand him, is publicly attacking ESPN again by blasting “Mike & Mike.”

Simmons took to Twitter on Thursday afternoon -- on which he has more than 3 million followers -- to insult and degrade Mike Golic, cohost with Mike Greenberg of ESPN radio show “Mike & Mike.”

Earlier in the day, Golic on “Mike & Mike” criticized Simmons’ contention, made on Colin Cowherd’s radio show Wednesday, that LeBron James’ skills might already be on the decline. Golic called Simmons’ take “ridiculous” but said he knows “Simmons likes to grab a headline.”

Simmons, who seemed irate, let the show and bosses have it on social media.

“What Mike and Mike did today was absolute garbage. I would say I lost respect for that show, but I never had it,” Simmons tweeted. “For an ESPN Radio show to pull an interview out of context from another ESPN Radio show, then play the moral authority card, is disgusting.”

Simmons went on to crudely say, through tweets, that the hosts needed to have the guts to call him and put him on the air if they wanted to discuss his take. For them to do what they did was “pathetic,” Simmons tweeted.

Around 2:30 p.m., Golic tweeted: “Spoke to Bill, all is good. I will discuss on show.”

ESPN declined to comment on the matter.

Simmons was suspended for three weeks in September after he made profane comments about NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell during his “The B.S. Report” podcast hosted on ESPN.com.

Simmons was also barred from using Twitter during his suspension.
