Troubled Jacksonville receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested and charged with driving under the influence early Saturday morning in Oklahoma, according to the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.

He was booked at 4:45 a.m. CT and released later that morning.

Drafted fifth overall by the Jaguars in 2012, Blackmon has played in only 20 career games and none since 2013, when he was suspended indefinitely by the NFL for violating the league’s substance abuse policy for the third time.

He had been arrested on a DUI complaint while playing for Oklahoma State in 2010 and was suspended one game. Blackmon also pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated DUI in 2012 and received a one-year deferred sentence, along with 50 hours of community service and a $500 fine.

Last year Blackmon pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of marijuana possession in November 2014. At the time, Blackmon told the judge he had recently completed a voluntary drug rehabilitation program.

His appeal for reinstatement into the league was denied earlier this year.
