Las Vegas Bishop Gorman High quarterback Tate Martell, a top recruit in the 2017 class, announced his list of favorite schools on social media Thursday.

“Top 3 schools. 1. Texas A&M 2. Alabama 3. USC,” Martell wrote.

Martell has not received offers from Texas Christian, Oregon, Ohio State, Notre Dame and UCLA, but wrote that he is also interested in those programs.

The 5-foot-10, 192-pound Martell committed to Washington and former Huskies coach Steve Sarkisian when he was in the seventh grade but has since withdrawn that commitment.

Martell is tutored by quarterbacks coach Steve Clarkson, who worked with former USC quarterbacks Matt Leinart, Matt Barkley and Max Wittek as well as Trojans third-year sophomore Max Browne.
