Boys’ basketball: Funeral service set for former Serra Coach Dwan Hurt
Services for former Gardena Serra basketball Coach Dwan Hurt will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Catherine Laboure, 3846 Redondo Blvd. in Torrance.
The burial is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at Holy Cross Cementery in Culver City. The repass will be held at Serra.
A viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 9, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Holy Cross Cementery.
Hurt was 53.
