Deal: Room sale and free Champagne at Fairmont Grand del Mar in San Diego
The Mediterranean-style Grand del Mar in San Diego during the past few years has ranked in the top 10 hotels in the country by U.S. News & World Report and TripAdvisor. Earlier this year it garnered Five Diamonds from AAA too.
Fairmont Hotels bought the luxury digs last year and now is celebrating the hotel’s ninth anniversary with this deal: a break on room prices plus a free bottle of Champagne, free parking and a $50 dinner credit.
The deal: Rooms for this offer start at $295 a night.
When: You must book by Sept. 30 and stay by Dec. 23. Blackout dates apply, and the offer is based on availability.
Tested: Regular room prices in at this time of year start at $445 a night. The deal is a chance to try out this hotel, without the big price tag.
