Forget the ice bucket challenge. What about the ice fishing challenge? if you’re looking for a girlfriends getaway that challenges you to earn your spa time, look to the north -- way north.

The Heidel House Resort & Spa in Green Lake, Wis., offers a Drill Divas Ice Fishing package from now through mid-March (weather permitting).

The 180-room resort on Big Green Lake provides an ideal place for you and the gang to bond in your very own fishing shanty. The day starts with breakfast and then getting outfitted for your big ice adventure.

“Friends enjoy sitting in a warm shack while having a few drinks and taking in the calm, tranquil snowy lake,” fishing guide Mike Norton says in a statement. “You don’t need to know how to fish to enjoy ice fishing – it’s about the adventure and enjoying the company you are with.”

With the package, guests receive three hours of ice fishing with an experienced guide. You might hook perch or walleye, but lake trout – they have to be at least 17 inches long – are what you’ll want to catch, a resort spokeswoman said in an email.

No fishing experience is necessary, and all equipment is included. You’ll also receive hand warmers, a freshly made box lunch and a thermos of apple-spiced bourbon toddies or mulled wine. And the fishing shack is heated, so you really can unwind and learn. Whatever you catch will be cleaned and packaged for you to take home.

After a day on the lake, the real pampering begins. At the resort’s Evensong Spa, guests can relax in a waterfall whirlpool and a eucalyptus steam room before a 50-minute heated stone massage.

The package starts at $260 per person. The only thing not included in the price: a fishing license. That will cost you about $8.
