The manhunt for Christopher Dorner

Christopher Dorner, a former LAPD police officer, became the subject of one of the largest manhunts in LAPD history, spanning two states and Mexico, after being charged in connection with a series of shooting attacks on police officers and their families from Feb. 3-12, 2013. The attacks left four people dead, including three police officers, and left three police officers wounded.
The manhunt finally ended when Dorner died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head during a standoff with police at a cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains.
