Quinton Anderson lost both his parents and was critically injured in the May 22 tornado. On Wednesday, Missouri Gov. <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEPLT00007680" title="Jay Nixon" href="/topic/politics/government/jay-nixon-PEPLT00007680.topic">Jay Nixon</a> presented Anderson with the first laptop computer that was given out to students during the first day of classes.
