For the record

Alan Rickman: In the June 25 Calendar section, a profile of actor Alan Rickman misidentifed the character he plays in the film "A Little Chaos." He portrays France's Louis XIV, not Louis IV. Also, a photo caption with the article referred to the character as Henry XIV.

BET Experience: In the June 25 Calendar section, an article about this weekend's BET Experience listed a discussion on black women in Hollywood moderated by Larry Wilmore and featuring Gina Prince-Bythewood, Mara Brock-Akil, Mona Scott Young and Nicole Beharie, scheduled for Saturday. This panel has been canceled, according to a spokesperson for the festival. In its place will be a panel on young Hollywood, featuring Brandon T. Jackson, Quincy Brown, Karrueche Tran and additional names to be announced.

Copyright Office: In the June 24 Business section, an article about the outdated operations of the U.S. Copyright Office included a quote from Mary Rasenberger of the Authors Guild. The quote came from her written comment for a congressional hearing, not from an oral statement at the hearing.

CalArts: In the June 24 California section, a column about the California Institute of the Arts said that the school launched a new arts education start-up, Kadenze. CalArts is a partner in the online program, but Kadenze is an independent company.
