Donald Sterling: An article in the June 14 Sports section about Clippers owner Donald Sterling hiring investigators to dig up embarrassing information about NBA executives said Sterling had made comments suggesting he did not want to see blacks at Clippers games. In a recorded conversation released online, Sterling told companion V. Stiviano he did not want her to bring blacks to Clippers games.

Simpson case: An article in the June 14 Section A about law enforcement changes in the wake of the O.J. Simpson case 20 years ago said Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran stepped down as Los Angeles County’s chief medical examiner and coroner in August. He retired from the post.

“Dormant Beauty”: In the June 13 Calendar section, a capsule movie review for “Dormant Beauty” implied that its director, Marco Bellocchio, also had directed “The Great Beauty” from 2013. “The Great Beauty” was directed by Paolo Sorrentino.

George Lucas’ museum: In the June 14 Calendar section, a Quick Takes item on plans for George Lucas’ museum said the filmmaker’s art collection includes works by Maxwell Parrish. The correct name is Maxfield Parrish.
