American Apparel: In the June 24 Business section, an article about ousted Chief Executive Dov Charney’s efforts to regain his job at American Apparel Inc. cited the termination letter as saying that the premium on the company’s employment liability insurance had risen to $1 million from $350,000 because of multiple harassment lawsuits. In fact, the company’s deductible rose to $1 million from $350,000, not the premium.

Angelique Kidjo: In the June 23 Calendar section, a review of Angelique Kidjo’s concert referred to the sampled voice of the singer’s “late mother.” Kidjo’s mother, Yvonne, is alive.

Hybrid workouts: In the June 21 Saturday section, an article about classes that combine forms of exercise referred to the co-founder of Exhale Gym in Santa Monica as Elisabeth Papp. Her name is Elisabeth Halfpapp.

Phil Alvin and the Blasters: A photo caption with a June 8 Arts & Books article about roots-rock musicians Phil and Dave Alvin identified both as former members of the Blasters. Dave Alvin left the band in the 1980s, but Phil Alvin has remained the group’s lead singer throughout its ongoing career.

Ed Sheeran: In the June 24 Calendar section, a review of Ed Sheeran’s new album “x” (Multiply) referred to Sheeran’s song “The A Team” as Grammy-winning. The song was nominated for song of the year, but it did not win.
